Straight Sheet Metal Brakes

Built to last AND to be rebuildable in the real world: Nose bar, clamp cams, entire clamp assembly, vertical guide assemblies, apron bushings, and the apron leaf are replaceable.

• 4’, 5’, 6’, 8’ &10’ models (actual bending length is 1" longer) • Openings at clamp ends allow forming three sides of 2" pan.

• 20ga, 18ga, 16ga, 14ga or 12ga mild steel capacity on 1 1/2” flange with apron angle installed.

• Super smooth cam action with near zero “clamp creep” to stay on your mark, even after years of use.

• Minimum reverse bend: 1/2”, or you may order 1/4” min. reverse bend apron.

• Beam set back adjustment: 1” (additional set back is optional and will be needed for radii over 1/2”)

• Lift of beam: 2 1/4” at leading edge*  • Six (6) adjustable truss rods for center alignment*

    * Two exceptions: # L4816 & L4814: lift of beam 1 1/4”; one counter weight; 4 adjustable truss rods

• Stop rod for repeat bends is included.• All these are floor mount except 4' 16ga (legs are optional)

.Bolt on radius bars are available from 1/16” through 1/2” radius (1/2” radius = 1” diameter).  OR, radius can be added to the leading edge of the nose bar. For larger radii, look into our Radius Brake.
