IMPORTANT feature: Section fingers are precision machined from rolled steel bar stock for maximum strength. The fingers can be adjusted or removed quickly by the loosening of the thumb screw. Heavy duty steel plates and tension bars are incorporated for maximum accuracy.

Stock finger widths are 2”, 3” & 4”. OR, you may specify any width and assortment. Ask about additional fingers or full sets. How about a few 8” fingers, or 24”, or any size up to the full width of the brake?

Bolt on radius bars are available including 1/16” through 1/2” radius (1/2" radius = 1" diameter), OR, radius can be added to the leading edge of the fingers in a wide range of radii. For larger radii also see the ProFormer Radius Brake.

• Minimum reverse bend: 1/2” at reduced gauge with apron angle removed. A 1/4” return apron is optional.

• Beam set back adjustment: 1”. Additional set back is optional and will be needed for bolt on radius       bars greater than 1” diameter.

• Lift of beam: 2 1/4” at leading edge of fingers (except two models: 4’ 16ga & 4’ 14ga is 1 1/2”)

• Six (6) adjustable truss rods for center alignment 

• Stop rod for repeat bends is included.

• Transportation is the buyer’s expense.
