One Sunday morning earlier this summer, I stood in our kitchen gathering supplies to take on a mission trip with teenagers. It was still dark outside, but adrenaline kept me awake as I finished packing and said bye to Len for a week. In the middle of counting Ziploc bags (a must for any trip!) I turned to Len and said, ‘You know what, I love what I do.’ It really is a blessing from God to work with teenagers and their families, helping them come to a greater awareness of who they are in Christ and how much He loves each one of us. I have seen miraculous life changes happen as teens and adults realize that the God who created the infinite sky and the ocean is madly in love with them. Thank you for the privilege of serving alongside you in the Center church family as we strive to grow closer to God each day. Each Wednesday night, come to Center for Connection - a time of food, fellowship, learning and fun for the whole family! Groups specifically for Middle Schood (grades 6-8) and High School (grades 9-12) as well as children and adults. Sundays at 4:45 in room 200, Metamorphosis study for young ladies grades 9-12 Sundays at 5 pm in room 207, Middle School Youth meet for fun and discipleship. Come and learn about ways to grow closer to God and each other. Also check out the new youth praise band! Sundays at 6 pm in the Great Hall, come join the Youth Revolution for grades 9-12. A strong Christian faith is relevant to your everyday teenage life! Come learn how.
